some marketing tools are a no-brainer, but we’ve found some pretty outstanding tools that make our day so much better.

Canva
Hands down one of our favorites. We build templates, presentations, gather inspiration, and so much more with Canva.
Bit.ly
It’s all about customized tracking that can be built for your brand. We love using these links to track marketing efforts of all sorts. We have over 200 links built and won’t be stopping anytime soon.
Google Voice
It’s FREE. And allows a local number to be used across a team versus a single phone. You can text via the app or the desktop to make communication easier. You must have a google email.
Otter.ai
Otter.ai is a GAME CHANGER — especially if you are big into video content. You are able to upload your videos and it immediately transcribes them. Plus, it is a great tool to turn speech into text. There’s a reason it’s a leader in the meeting transcription space.
