Jaclyn Fawcett-Bustos
Our fearless leader & founder
Jaclyn graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. After graduation, she spent several years in B2B sales which landed her in the automotive industry. Primarily her focus was digital marketing but she soon immersed herself in social media. (Remember, when she graduated college Facebook was nonexistent….old lady). She became the Director of Marketing for a dealer group managing brands like Toyota, Lexus, BMW, MINI, Volvo, and Porsche. Although digital is her primary forte, Jaclyn has successfully mixed traditional marketing with digital marketing throughout her career. Her hands-on approach as a practitioner has allowed a complete understanding of the marketing mediums she participates in.
2ten Marketing was created specifically to give all businesses in San Antonio and surrounding areas a Marketing Department without the full-time staff. Jaclyn specializes in providing well-rounded marketing plans and a social media presence that is laser-focused and effective.
Jaclyn is the biggest fan of her husband and son & loves quality time with family.
Skylar Mchardy
VP of operations
Skylar joined 2ten Marketing back in 2016 and started as a part-timer. Upon moving to a full-time position, she jumped in wherever needed. Working alongside our CEO, Jaclyn, she is continuously perfecting the skills and attaining the knowledge to continue her growth here at 2ten Marketing. She has worked in every position and lends a helping hand in nearly every project that goes through 2ten. She’s a definite team player and always encourages her team to learn, grow, and prosper. Skylar graduated from Texas A&M University, whoop!, with a degree in Recreational, Parks, & Tourism Sciences and a business minor.
When not working, she’s an avid outdoors gal that loves her two dogs and spending time with family and friends. She also loves gardening, walking, cooking, and wine!
Eddie F.
Director of visual Media
Eddie is a UTSA alumni and award-winning photographer and cinematographer. His work has taken him around the world, working with companies like Jack Daniels, Jaguar, Hulu, and Dell.
Eddie loves spending time with his wife and two children, Ari and Lucia.
Skyler Pustka
Marketing coordinator
Skyler graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Agricultural Business. Skyler is detail-oriented, and organized, has a self-starter mentality and always strives to take things to the next level. She works hand in hand with the rest of our team to ensure our clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded every month.
When not working, Skyler loves to spend quality time with her family & friends and her pup, Quinn. She has a knack for calligraphy and doing amazing DIY projects!
Angelica Avila
Marketing Associate
Meet Angelica, a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'Em!) with a double degree in Interpersonal Communications and American Studies, complemented by a minor in Media Studies. Whether crafting engaging content or staying on top of the latest trends, she thrives in the dynamic world of digital communication.
Outside of the office, Angelica loves to spend time with her friends, family, and her Australian Shepherd, Brady! During the fall season, you can find her cheering on the Longhorns at UT Football games! She also loves trying new recipes and exploring her hometown of San Antonio!
Leila Noussairi
Marketing associate
Leila graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations and Mass Communications from Texas State University (eat 'em up!) Her enthusiasm for embracing new projects and exploring innovative strategies elevates our clients' experiences to new heights. She actively partners with our marketing team, contributing creative insights to exceed our clients' expectations.
Beyond the office, Leila is passionate about sports and cherishes quality time with friends and family. Her lively energy and enthusiasm greatly contribute to a positive atmosphere, inside and outside the office.
